Artists have exciting opportunities to showcase their talents in various art contests that welcome both 2D and 3D artworks. The FSA RECS invites artists worldwide to submit their artworks for its June 2025 competitions.
Theme: St. John River
Submissions are open till 21st May 2025.
These contests provide a platform for artists of all levels to gain recognition and potentially win awards, making 2025 a promising year for creative expression.

Theme:
The theme is "St. Johns River" Artists are invited to create 3D sensory wall art inspired by the river’s landscapes, wildlife, & natural elements. Artwork should be engaging both visually and through texture, depth, and material interaction.
Who can participate in the contest?
This contest is open to all artists in and around Jacksonville, FL who want to explore 3D sensory art. Artists should focus on making the artwork engaging to both sight and touch, but the competition is not exclusive to visually impaired participants.
How should my artwork be presented?
Orientation: Vertical (tall)
Size Requirements: 20 inches in height x 16 inches in width
What materials can I use?
Artists are encouraged to use a variety of safe, durable, and touch-friendly materials, including:
✔ Fabric, felt, or textured paper
✔ Clay, foam, or sculpted elements
✔ Natural materials (like sand, shells, or driftwood)
✔ Raised paint, resin, or 3D printing
✔ Layered mixed media
🚫 Fragile, sharp, or hazardous materials will not be accepted.​​
Your artwork must be:
✔ Securely mounted or framed for hanging
✔ Clearly labeled with your name, title of the piece, and contact details
✔ Protected for transport to avoid damage
🛑 Only one entry per participant is allowed.

This is a visual art competition, so submissions can include:

🖼 Mixed Media (collage, digital art prints, etc.)
Photography and sculptures will not be accepted for the visual art competition.
Your artwork must be:
